Paul Cullen is one of Scotland’s top lawyers. He is a highly experienced Advocate and an expert in commercial and computer law. From 1995 to 1997 Paul served as Solicitor General for Scotland with the key duty of advising the Government and the Crown on matters of Scots Law. In 2008 he was appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Courts of Scotland, and in 2014 became Chairman of the Scottish Law Commission. Paul studied Law at Edinburgh University where he made an early decision to specialise in court work – a choice which has served him well throughout his impressive career. Paul is also widely known by his official title, Lord Pentland.
